Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on makeup, skincare, or hair care products. Additionally, gift cards and certificates are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not liable for returned items until they are marked as “delivered” to our facility.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unclaimed shipment, a $5.95 reshipping fee will apply. If you choose a refund instead, your payment will be refunded minus $5.95.
